If you have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, you’ll find both the 12V AGM car battery and the smaller auxiliary battery in a hidden compartment underneath the front passenger seat. You’ll need to push the seat all the way forward and as far up as it goes to access these two batteries. These two batteries are right next to one another.

In my research it appears that the Jeep has to go through several days worth of start/stop cycles in order for the battery management systems to relearn the current battery status. As others on the forum in other posts have mentioned, while you're having to deal with it may as well replace both batteries and be done with it.
